For the people who make it happen

A brilliant event takes people.
Let ticketing take less of their time.

The organiser chasing names. The volunteer checking a list. The treasurer making sense of the takings. Give them a clearer way to work, so the occasion feels better for everyone.

Less chasing before the event.

Bring ticket choices, dates and buying routes into a clear setup. Spend less time answering the same questions before the event.

Make buying easier

A calmer welcome at the door.

Give the team a clear way to check the right ticket for the right event, with an agreed routine when somebody needs help.

Support the welcome

A clearer picture afterwards.

Use sales information and event statistics to prepare the next conversation about turnout, pricing and the club’s plans.

One ticket.
A whole season of belonging.

For the supporters who come back through the same gate. For a series of events your members make time for. Sell one Season Ticket covering the fixtures or dates you choose.

  • Build the season around your programme

Create the individual fixtures or event dates and decide which belong to the season.

  • Keep single-fixture sales in your hands

Choose whether each fixture should also have individual tickets available.

  • One pass, the right attendance check

Sell Season Tickets through Club Hub. Scan the same pass at included fixtures and validate attendance against the relevant one.

Multi-day events, made clearer

Friday only? The weekend?
Put the right dates on each ticket.

A three-day club festival does not have to mean three separate lists. Set each ticket type to the dates it should cover, so buyers and the door team know where they stand.

Digital tickets. Printed tickets. A welcome for both.

In their pocket.
Or in their hand.

Some guests want to buy on their phone. Others would rather ask at the bar and leave with a printed ticket. Our online ticketing software makes room for both, without losing the personal welcome.

  • Give guests a choice that suits them

Sell tickets online or through the bar. Guests can use digital tickets on their phone or physical printed tickets.

  • Run the practical parts from your phone

Set up events, manage tickets, check sales and scan tickets from a suitable phone with the configured system.

  • Make the details easy to find

A worthwhile offer still needs to work for your club. We’ll talk through the ticket price, included dates, applicable fees and any exceptions before you choose a setup.

Let the occasion begin

Check the ticket.
Keep the welcome personal.

A queue at the entrance puts pressure on the team before the evening has started. Give volunteers a familiar routine and a clear next step when a guest needs help.

  • Validate where it works for your club

Check tickets at the door or bar, with the appropriate device and setup.

  • Match admission to the occasion

Validate a Season Ticket against the relevant fixture. Date-restricted tickets cover their configured event dates.

  • Practise the exceptions beforehand

Walk through a flat phone battery, missing ticket, wrong date and connection problem. Give the team a named person to ask.

Discuss connected door entry

Ticket validation and physical door control are different parts of the setup. We’ll demonstrate the connections you need, including the agreed admission fallback if connectivity is interrupted.

What this should change for your club

Less effort behind the scenes.
More energy for the people in front.

Efficiency is only useful when your team feels it. These are the practical improvements we’ll explore around your events, your workload and your budget.

More efficient event admin.

Bring dates, ticket types and buying information into a clearer routine. Reduce repeated copying and avoid relying on one person’s private list.

Less duplicated work. More useful time.

Faster, calmer preparation.

Review sales before the event and brief the team on the tickets they will see. Make practical decisions while there is still time to act.

Better preparation for the busy moments.

Happier, more confident people.

Give volunteers and employees a routine they can practise, clear guidance and help when they need it.

A team supported to do its best.

Better control of event income.

Keep member prices, ticket choices and sales figures clear. Review the full cost of the event before calling the takings a profit.

A stronger basis for money decisions.

More considered spending.

Use ticket sales to inform staffing, food and stock plans. Combine that view with experience so quieter events do not mean thoughtless over-ordering.

Help reduce avoidable cost and waste.

More time for the club itself.

Turn clearer records into a smoother handover, a better committee discussion and more attention for the people attending.

Let the occasion, and your people, shine.

Results depend on your starting process and how the setup is used. Time released for volunteers is valuable, but it is not automatically a cash saving. Compare actual paid hours, costs and event outcomes.

Know what is selling. Plan what comes next.

Put useful figures
behind your next decision.

Dedicated ticket-sales reports, a ticketing calendar and improved event details and statistics help you move from guesswork to a more informed plan.

See the relevant event, ticket choice and availability. Ask us to show the fixture attendance view and the reports your treasurer needs in your proposed setup.

Your event. Your terms.
Easy for guests to find.

The Club Hub update brings your standard ticketing terms into the buying journey, with room for different rules at a particular event or across a season.

Set a club-wide starting point.

Create your standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions in Club Hub. Use headings, lists, links and formatted text to make them readable.

Explain the event exceptions.

Add event-specific or season-specific terms where different rules apply. Make included dates and practical entry arrangements clear.

Keep the terms close to the ticket.

Relevant terms are made available during purchase, with links included in ticket confirmation emails for guests to refer back to.

Your club remains responsible for its chosen terms. We’ll show where they appear; your cancellation, refund and transfer policies should be agreed before sales begin.

Better event management.
Useful improvements beyond the ticket.

Alongside Season Tickets and date-specific validity, the update makes ticket types easier to reorder, availability clearer and event setup and management simpler.

A clearer path for membership proposals.

Public applications can optionally ask for a proposer and seconder. Existing members can propose someone through their member portal or Club Key.

The proposing member’s details link to the application and appear in pending registrations and member conversion screens. Your club decides which registration options to enable; the new options are off by default.

Straight answers before the next event

Ticketing system for events.
Your questions, answered.

What is a ticketing system for events?
It helps your club set up events and ticket types, sell tickets, check admission and review sales. Club Control brings ticketing together with the appropriate EPOS and membership connections, so the process can fit the club rather than a collection of separate lists.
How do Club Control Season Tickets work?
Create the fixtures or dates in the season, choose the included events and decide whether individual fixture tickets should also be sold. Season Tickets are sold through Club Hub. The same ticket can be scanned at included fixtures, with attendance validated against the relevant fixture. The appropriate package is required.
Can we offer Friday-only, weekend and full-event tickets?
Yes. For a multi-day event, you can restrict a ticket type to specific dates. Define exactly what each type includes—for example, Saturday and Sunday for a Weekend ticket—and make that clear to buyers. Event-specific terms can explain your rules.
Are tickets digital, printed, or both—and can we manage them by phone?
Both digital and physical printed tickets are supported. Guests can buy online or at the bar. Event setup, ticket management, sales checks and scanning can be handled from a suitable phone using the configured system. Your demo confirms devices, printing, connections and the guest journey.
Can members have different prices or multiple-ticket offers?
Yes. Club Control supports member-only ticket pricing, variable date or time tariffs and discounts on multiple ticket sales. We’ll agree the eligibility and offer rules with your club and show how they work in the proposed setup.
How are tickets checked, and what happens if something goes wrong?
Tickets can be validated at your club door or bar. Before going live, practise the right-date check and a helpful routine for a missing ticket or flat phone battery. We’ll demonstrate connectivity requirements and your fallback process; do not assume every phone-checking function works offline.
What can we see in ticketing reports?
Dedicated sales reports, a ticketing calendar and improved event details and statistics help you review sales and availability. Season-ticket attendance is validated against the relevant fixture. Ask to see the exact report fields, permissions, exports and connections your organiser or treasurer needs. Ticket income is not the same as profit.
Can we use it for room hire, pitch hire and event terms?
The system can support pre-booked session slots such as room or pitch hire, with suitable date and time tariffs. You can create standard ticketing terms and event- or season-specific terms; relevant terms are available during purchase and linked in confirmation emails. Agree the booking and cancellation rules before opening sales.
What else is in the Club Hub update, and what help is available?
The update includes easier ticket-type ordering, clearer availability, improved event management and statistics, optional proposer/seconder registration and member proposals through Club Key or the portal. New registration options are off by default. Authorised users can access manuals, article search and an AI help assistant through Help. UK support is available 9am–11pm, 365 days a year; we’ll explain your package.
What does it cost, and can we see a demo first?
Your conversation and personalised demonstration cost £0, with no obligation to buy. Software, equipment, setup, training, ongoing services and any applicable transaction or ticketing charges are confirmed in your proposal. Tell us about your events and existing systems so we can show you an appropriate plan.
