We see the work behind the welcome
A club full of people.A few people making it happen.
The queue at the bar. The renewal question. The stock check after closing. The committee meeting squeezed into an already full week. We start by understanding what would make your day easier.
“We need service to feel easier.”
Put your own products and agreed prices within reach, then help staff and volunteers practise the jobs they will do on a busy shift.
See support for your team ↗“Membership takes too much chasing.”
Give the secretary and front-of-house team clearer membership records, renewal information and digital or physical card choices.
See membership in action ↗“We’re busy. But what is it telling us?”
Turn recorded sales, product bestsellers and stock activity into useful starting points for ordering and committee conversations.
See a clearer club picture ↗“We cannot afford an expensive mistake.”
See the relevant tools, understand the complete proposal and talk through training and changeover before deciding.
Explore costs & value ↗Efficiency. Time saving. Cost control. Productivity.
Every hour matters. So does every pound.
You give so much to your club. The right setup should give something back: less repeated work, more confident people and better control of the everyday costs.
Time saving
01Give your people time back.
Sound familiar? Preparing figures and chasing member details.
Bring recorded sales and membership information to hand, so your secretary and committee spend less time gathering the basics.
More time for a useful conversation, a member or the next club event.
Efficiency
02Let one sale do more of the work.
Sound familiar? Repeating the same information in different places.
Once configured, a sale through connected EPOS feeds sales reporting and updates the relevant stock records automatically.
Less repeated entry behind the bar and a clearer routine after the shift.
Cost control & savings
03See where money could be saved.
Sound familiar? Ordering by habit or wondering where stock went.
Check product bestsellers, recorded waste and stock movements before the next order. Compare the records with a physical count.
A practical way to investigate avoidable waste, slow sellers and stock differences.
Productivity
04Help every pair of hands count.
Sound familiar? A new volunteer, a busy bar and a committee decision.
Prepare familiar till layouts, practise real tasks and use useful reports. Give each person a clearer way to do their part.
More attention for members, events and decisions that move your club forward.
Bring one task you wish took less time.
We’ll walk through it with you and help you weigh the value against the complete cost. Your results depend on your club’s setup and routines.
Your club. Your pieces. Your pace.
Everything should fitaround your people.
Choose the pieces that make your everyday work easier. Each one has a job to do for your club, and a place in the bigger picture. Select a piece to explore it.
- Less repeat work.
- A more confident team.
- Room for your club to grow.

Club EPOS
Help the person serving find the right product, use the right price and complete an ordinary club sale with confidence.
How it connects
Connect member recognition and agreed prices to recorded sales, stock movements and reporting when those parts are included in your setup.
Start with the serving points your club actually needs. Your products, prices and training belong in the setup conversation.
You do not have to buy the whole puzzle. Membership and door access can work with or without our EPOS. We confirm the software, hardware and connections required for every other part of your proposed setup.

For the people behind the counter
The next person on shiftdeserves to feel ready.
Your most experienced steward and your newest volunteer may use the same till. A familiar layout and practice with real club tasks help both feel ready for the next person in the queue.
A setup that feels like your club
Find your products and agreed member or visitor prices in a layout prepared for the way your club serves. Fewer things to remember at the busy moment.
Time to learn the everyday tasks
Practise a sale, a member check and the everyday routines before a busy session. Make the handover easier for the next person on shift.
Someone to turn to afterwards
Help continues after installation, including evenings and weekends. Your team has someone to ask when a question interrupts the day.

For the members who belong
Keep the personal welcome.Make the admin clearer.
A member should feel recognised. Your team should be able to answer an everyday question without piecing together several different lists.
Bring membership into the routine
Keep categories, subscription records and renewal information organised, so the membership secretary spends less time chasing the same details.
Make benefits easier to recognise
Connect agreed member pricing and loyalty choices to the way your team serves.
Connect the welcome with entry
Explore suitable door access and Club Key options, with physical cards available alongside digital choices.
For the committee looking ahead
A busy club deservesa clearer picture.
A busy bar tells you people came. Useful reporting helps you understand what they bought, where it sold and what to look at next. Give your committee time to discuss the decision, with the information already to hand.
What did each serving point take?

Which products sold best?
Review products as well as totals. Use the pattern to inform preparation and your next order.
What explains the stock movement?
- Connected sales update configured stock records automatically.
- Your team records deliveries, waste and adjustments.
- Compare records with a physical count and investigate differences.
Fictional figures to explain useful questions, not a live Club Control screen. Sales are not profit; costs and accurate records still matter.

The detail behind the figures
Automate the routine.Keep people in control.
Once configured, connected sales reduce the relevant stock records automatically. Your team records deliveries, waste and adjustments, then checks the physical count.
That gives the next order a better starting point and helps your committee look into avoidable waste, slow sellers and unexplained differences.

A lower headline price is only useful if you know what comes with it. We will discuss your club’s needs and budget, including what you already have and the parts you might add later.
Clearer pricing, better stock routines and less repeated work can create value. Your own figures should decide the case.

Talk to Club Control ↗Is the conversation and demonstration really free?+
Yes. Your conversation and personal Club Control demonstration cost £0, with no obligation to buy. Tell us what your club wants to improve. We will show the relevant tools and discuss the proposed setup and costs before you decide.
How can Club Control save our team time?+
Connected EPOS sales can feed stock and sales reports, while organised membership records make routine questions easier to answer. That can reduce repeated entry and the time spent piecing information together. In the demo, choose a task your team does now and walk through how the proposed setup would handle it.
Does stock update automatically—and what about waste?+
Once products and measures are configured, sales through connected EPOS update the relevant stock records automatically. Your team still records deliveries, waste and adjustments and carries out physical checks. This helps explain differences and informs ordering. Explore stock control and club reporting.
Is it suitable for a small club, and must we buy everything?+
Start with the jobs you need to make easier and the serving points you actually use. You do not have to buy the whole collection. Club Key membership and door access can work with or without Club Control EPOS. We confirm the requirements for each part of your proposed setup.
Will volunteers and occasional staff be able to use it?+
We prepare the setup around your club’s products, prices and routines, with practical training. Bring both experienced staff and people who cover the occasional shift to the conversation. Use the demo to try a sale, a member check and the everyday tasks they will actually need.
Do members need a smartphone?+
No. Physical membership cards remain available alongside digital choices. Tickets can be digital on a phone or physically printed, and ticket management can be handled from a phone. We will walk through your members’ preferences and the proposed admission routine. See membership options or explore ticketing.
What will our complete setup cost?+
The price depends on your agreed equipment, software and services. We will discuss the initial cost, recurring charges, options, payment-processing terms and VAT, together with training and support. The first conversation and demo are free; the proposal should give your committee what it needs to make an informed decision.
Can we keep equipment or transfer existing member records?+
Tell us what you use today and what you would like to keep. We check hardware compatibility, other systems and the format and quality of existing records before agreeing reuse or a transfer. Preparation, training, responsibilities and timing belong in the changeover plan.
Can it cover several bars, outdoor sales and our connection needs?+
We can explore several serving points and portable EPOS for suitable locations. We review power, coverage, payment arrangements and reporting. Till, payment, cloud and access functions can have different connection requirements, so the demo should explain the behaviour and fallback arrangements for your proposed setup.
Who helps us after installation?+
Club Control’s published support hours are 9am–11pm, 365 days a year. We will explain the help included in your proposal and how your team reaches us. Existing customers can use the customer support portal.
